REFUND POLICY

At ZenClean, we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable cleaning services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below: Service Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled cleaning appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 1–2 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, as time and resources have already been allocated. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will offer a free re-cleaning or a partial refund, depending on the issue and service level. Missed Appointments or Inaccessible Locations: If our team is unable to access the property due to incorrect details, locked doors, or absence of the client, and the service cannot be performed, the appointment will be non-refundable. Recurring Services: For clients on a recurring plan, cancellation of future cleanings must be made at least 3 days in advance to avoid charges for the upcoming appointment.
